Momentum Movers is a dedicated exercise class for seniors in Perth. The exercise program helps improve the quality of life of adults over the age of 50, through a mixture of functional training and yoga.
Under the guidance of a qualified Sports Scientist, Momentum Movers will be guided through a series of exercises to help reduce the risk of:
High blood pressure
Hip and Knee injuries
Momentum Movers has been created to provide simple techniques in assisting you to maintaining a youthful body, mind and soul which will enable you to complete day to day tasks with ease and efficiency.
The major reward of this class is the lifelong connections and relationships formed between participants coming together regularly. The companionship and support is especially beneficial for those who live on their own.
All sessions are held in a fun and social environment, and can either be in a small or large group setting or one on one. The sessions are held at Trained Physio & Fitness, 108 Brown St East Perth.
