MOMENTUM BOOTCAMP
Group classes run by Momentum cater for everyone! We have a wide range of entry levels, offering high and low intensity options for all of the exercises.
Momentum Bootcamp is for anyone who wants to get into shape, have fun, and meet new people. You will work hard, you will sweat.
Remember hard work = results! Each session is different to keep things fresh and interesting.
Things you need to bring:
- A great attitude!
- Comfortable workout gear and maybe a change of clothes – we train, rain or shine: No Excuses!
- Water bottle and towel
